Mount Cook
Aoraki/Mount Cook ‘the cloud piercer’, our highest peak dominates the Southern Alps mountain range that divides New Zealand’s South Island into east and west. The Mt Cook National Park’s towering mountains, vast glaciers and remote snowfields inspired Sir Edmund Hillary, before his quest of Mt Everest.

ONLINE BOOKINGS
Please Note: A credit card is required to pre-authorise and guarantee your booking. Payment for your flight can be made on the day of your departure. Should you fail to show for the trip when space is guaranteed, your credit card will be debited with the total amount of the booked activity.
MINIMUM NUMBERS
All flights have a minimum passenger number for departures. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum as we will coordinate to achieve the required minimum. Clients are required to reconfirm their reservation the day prior to flying by calling 0800 650 651 for Mt Cook or 0800 650 653 for Tekapo.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Should inclement weather prevent a flight at the booked location, a booking will be accepted at any of The Helicopter Line bases for a flight of similar duration and price. You will not be charged if you are unable to reschedule the flight and refunds given if a flight had been paid for.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip or do not turn up, the full amount of flight applies. Failure to check-in on time will be treated as a no-show and will incur full payment.
Aoraki/Mount Cook & The Glaciers - 55 minute flight Terms
Infants under 4 years and under 15kgs must sit on an adult's lap.
Flights are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers of passengers for departure. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum numbers on the basis that bookings will be coordinated with other paying passengers to achieve minimum numbers.
Flights, landings and routes may vary due to weather and at the pilot’s discretion. Flight times are approximate and include your landing.
Please note - Failure to arrive at Glentanner Park by the check-in time above will be treated as a no-show and will incur full payment as per our cancellation policy.
Mountains High - 40 minute flight Terms
