Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Refunding a Booking that has been paid in full in advance (e.g. online): Any bookings for lessons that are cancelled will be 80% refunded (less a 20% booking fee)
If the cancellation is made 4 working hours prior to the start of the lesson the refund may become non-refundable.
Transferring your booking date is possible if notified 4 hours prior to lesson start time. This is not guaranteed and based on availability.
Should Raglan Surfing School cancel the surfing lesson due to extreme weather conditions or other circumstances. A full refund or transfer of booking date is offered.
