At the pick-up point, an NZ Water Bikes representative will meet you at the Storage4you (100 Wairau Road, Glenfield) car park in front of the office with a water bike that they'll help load into your vehicle. Please make sure there is enough space available in your vehicle to fit the frame and carry bag.
