Since our establishment in 1986, we have dedicated ourselves to showcasing the artistry, beauty, and cultural significance of pounamu, working closely with talented New Zealand artists to curate the most diverse collection of pounamu pendants, jewellery, and art in the country. Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship is evident in every piece we create, and each carving is meticulously handmade and unique. Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or amend a tour at any stage due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, clients can rebook or receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. If possible, rescheduling requests within 48 hours of departure will be accommodated. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Mountain Jade.
