Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT TERMS: A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival. Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the booking amount. In the case of a cancelation we will try our utmost to replace your booking. The standard 50% deposit will be fully repaid subject to a replacement full rental booking to the same value or greater. If the replacement rental is for less than the deposit then you will receive the full value of that rental. If there is no replacement booking then the 50% deposit will be retained. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
