Aqua Soleil Villas have apartments that sleep 4-6 persons. These apartments are 2 storied, fully furnished and self-contained with all linen and towels provided. Most villas have sea views. Check out our special rates for the school holidays!
Upstairs accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom with queen bed has a ranch slider opening onto its own decking with sea views and a second bedroom and main bathroom with cubicle shower, toilet and vanity are also upstairs.
Downstairs consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living area, full width ranch slider opening onto decking with sea views. The three bedroom villas have a third bedroom downstairs and separate toilet.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, waste master, microwave, toaster, and a good selection of accessories and utensils. There is plenty of seating in the lounge for relaxing and watching the events on the bay or watching the television with free view.
Guests have full use of the heated swimming pool and spa in the complex. The complex is 2.5 kms from Whitianga Township where you will find great cafes, restaurants, hot springs, boat ramp and great tourist attractions. It is directly across the road from Brophy's Beach with safe swimming, rock pool fun and boat access for trailered vessels.

Cancellation Policy
If Cancelled greater than 14 days before arrival 100 Percent of the total amount.
Bookit’s Amendments and Cancellations
Cancellation policies are specific to each supplier and are detailed on the payment confirmation page prior to final booking confirmation.
Bookit's non-refundable fee of NZD20.00 also applies to all cancellations regardless of the supplier’s cancellation policy.
Where you are entitled to a refund the refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to confirm the booking.
For amendments of bookings additional charges or a refund may apply depending on the nature of the booking amendment.
If you make a booking using a discount code you will not be able to use that discount code on any subsequent booking amendment. Amendments will be made using the normal price of the product being amended.
