Cancellation Policy
I agree to pay a cancellation fee of 100% of total amount of the booking to Trentham Motel on the Park. No cancellations/reductions are accepted without the full charge of the entire stay being charged to the credit card supplied. All fees including late payment late check-out debt recovery and extra costs which are not limited to having pets/smoking in the unit are to be charged ASAP to the supplied credit card. If pets are found in the motel you will be asked to leave and the full amount of the entire stay will apply. Smoking is permitted outside ONLY and smoking inside will result in you leaving and paying the full amount of the entire stay
